Distinguishing Features 🞜

  • Ears 🞜 Relatively short ears that are somewhat fluffy at the base. Both have nicks in the sides and his right ear has a large, jagged, notch on the end, almost torn looking.

  • Hair 🞜 Extremely messy wavy hair, it's improperly cut and layered messily. He doesn't keep up on dyeing his hair either, the natural color often showing through at his roots.

  • Fangs 🞜 His canines and the teeth directly behind them are longer than normal, quite sharp, and very out of place on a viera.

  • Scars 🞜 Faint scars circle around his neck and a prominent one goes around the entirety of his waist. There are burn marks that circle around his legs as well, they look to be a mixture of chemical and magical. Thin, vein-like, scars cover all over his body.

  • There is a burned mark on the inside of his right wrist, it is quite hard to make out but it almost looks like the Garlean symbol and a letter with numbers. However, barely anyone will be able to see it as it is always covered.

Personality

Erisael is closed off and often seen slouched over, face set in what seems to be a permanent scowl. Often saying what comes to mind first and not caring about the consequences or if what was said is rude. Almost like he is expecting the push back and for the insulted party to take the bait and fight him. His attitude is mercurial and finicky, changing from defensive to avoidance at random turns. If the topic is one that he does not wish to speak upon, he'll try his best to pick a completely different topic to deflect the current one.Erisael has a look of 24/7 exhaustion about him and he often sneers at anyone who tries to offer help. He puts up fronts to keep others away, yet he does have his soft spots beyond his prickly outer shell. Hard to break through as they are but present nonetheless if someone can get past his ornery, assholeish, attitude. He is pessimistic and very hard to approach on purpose as a defensive measure. His voice is not the strongest and it seems like it has rarely, if ever, been used in years until recently.

History

Not much is known about Erisael as he travels through Eorzea. He keeps his past hidden and tightly locked away, refusing to let bits of it out. Some may hear whispers though, rumours, about him being an escaped test subject from Garlemald. That there is a bounty over his head for someone to have him back alive. Those are just rumors though after all, and ones that he denies if brought up.It is somewhat clear though that any story he does tell about his past is false however. He also typically only gives a first name, never truly giving a last name. Majority of the city states ignore him though, labeling him as a pest (Gridania) or one of the downtrodden (if you're around Ul'dah). Much is said about the fact that he is mistrusting and quite an ass. Preferring to keep to himself and his attitude doesn't really help him in earning any gil much less a place to stay.

Relations

Urick Saravelu: Erisael has technically met Urick before but cannot recall where or how at this point and time. Though he does not care, nor wishes to know, how this eccentric man seems so familiar when he met him (again). He only wishes to know how to get Urick to leave him the hell alone.
